Mark Pratten – Airey Miller
I am an associate Director of Airey Miller and I am a project manager delivering residential housing schemes across London and the South. I have been in this industry for 15 years and I specialise in the pre-contract procurement of residential buildings for housing association clients. I would like BIM4Housing to “Plain English” how housing associations go about identifying their AIR’s and EIR’s.

Maxine Beadle - Wilmott Dixon
Maxine is a BRE BIM Certified Digital Manager with Willmott Dixon. She is tireless in pursuit of the efficient use of information to improve outcomes for all and the modernisation of the built environment sector. Maxine has been at the forefront of developing corporate digital strategy and is a member of UK BIM Alliance Affiliates Team and the Co-chair of COMIT Technology group. She is a regular participant at industry forums as well as an active ambassador in encouraging future generations of women into construction.

Dr Reyhaneh Shojaei
Dr Reyhaneh Shojaei is a Research Associate at the Cambridge Centre for Housing and Planning Research. Her current research focuses on understanding the socio-economic inhibitors to the take up of digital innovation in construction. This work is supported by the CDBB with funding provided through the Government’s modern industrial strategy by Innovate UK, part of UK Research & Innovation.

Rey has a background in urban planning and is interested in housing markets, affordable housing, planning, and land supply. She has a particular interest in the complex relationships between the different actors in the urban housing arena. Her previous research topics have included urban expansion and housing affordability in London, and the application of a structure and agency approach to the private housing market in Tehran. She has extensive experience in both academia and industry, and previously worked for UN-Habitat as a lead researcher in London, the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, Buildreka, and most recently for the CDBB, where she supported the team to develop the Capability Framework

Fionn O’Brien - BIM Manager for Bouygues UK

Eduardo Guasque - BIM Manager Haworth Tompkins
Eduardo joined Haworth Tompkins in 2014 as BIM Manager. He is involved in all BIM projects within the studio, a number of them on BIM Level 2. He graduated in Civil Engineer at the Federal University of Paraná - Brazil. He develops Haworth Tompkins’ BIM strategy, implements standards and new technologies, trains and supports our staff and clients. He also has experience working with the Survey Industry and Scan to BIM.

Phil Stacey - Designer for Barratt Homes
Phil Stacey works for Barratt homes implementing document management and fire safety in southern counties division. With over 25 years in the construction industry working in design and information management he is passionate in realising the business benefit structured data and BIM can deliver through its implementation at scale, across the housing sector.

Mac Muzvimwe - Residential Sector BIM Lead for Arcadis
With responsibility for championing adoption of BIM technologies and methodologies within their Residential and Commercial Developments sectors.

He is an RICS Certified BIM Manager, whose current focus areas are the use of BIM to unlock Digital Asset Management and the adoption of Assisted Living Technologies within the residential sector.

Fabio Roberti - Head of BIM at WilkinsonEyre
He leads the technology and processes for BIM according to the ISO 19650 series.
He is responsible for developing and coordinating a more integrated project delivery between the structural, environmental and architectural teams through BIM and the deliverable packages utilising cross platform workflows and parametric optimisations.

Andrew de Silva – David Miller Architects
Das joined DMA in 2007 and focuses on innovation, quality and risk management throughout the practice. He leads strategic R&D projects to create new solutions and services underpinned by the use of digital tools and information.
